PTFE

PTFE is resistant to corrosion & all chemical even at very high temperatures & pressures. It has the lowest coefficient of friction of all solid & rigid materials. PTFE components can be used at temperatures ranging approx. -180°C to +260°C. PTFE has excellent electric properties which remain constant regardless of frequency & temperature. The basic material is PTFE but in order to assure an optimal function, a variety of fillers Iike Carbon, GIass, Bronze & Graphite can be added.
