REQUIREMENTS
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
• Research key customer wants and needs
• Suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants
• Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
• Serve as contact point for key customers and internal team
• Resolve customer complaints in an effective and respectful way
• Gather, report and communicate customers’ feedback
• Research and source new potential clients
• Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
• Create reports for top management
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
• Sales, Key Account management and business development in OEM’s
• Meeting Clients, generating enquiries and sending techno-commercial offers to them
• Handling New RFQ’s, involve in techno commercial discussion, order negotiations, Order Finalization, Order Execution
• Interaction with different departments (Production, Quality, SCM, NPD, Tool Room, etc.)
• Conduct meetings with Sales Excellence Team Members and Support Staff as per laid down system
• Ensure Output monitoring of Sales Excellence Team Members and all Support Staff
• Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
• Ensure to Implement required level of Office Discipline such as On time arrival, Unplanned absenteeism etc. at all levels of Employees

Qualification & Skills:
1. MBA or PGDM (Sales/Marketing/Operations) from reputed institutes.
2. Additional Qualification: B. Tech. (Mech. Engg.) or Equivalent is desirable.
3.10+ years experience in sales management,direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
4.5+ years experience in Handling a team of 20+
5. Candidates from Automotive/White Goods or Similar Industries will be preferred.
Strong prospecting(process of initiating and developing new revenues (business) skills and excellent closing skills
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
7. Well versed with Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP
8. Age should be 40 to 48 Years.
9. Preferably Experience in Delhi/NCR & Ready To Relocate in Delhi/NCR.
